Expenditure from the state budget's general fund in April reached almost 230 billion UAH
The majority of funds were allocated for the monetary maintenance of servicemen

Expenditure from the state budget's general fund in April reached 229.3 billion UAH, as reported by the Ministry of Finance.
The total figure for January to April of the current year reached 865.5 billion UAH. These funds were distributed as follows:
- 371.5 billion UAH (95.1 billion UAH in April) – for labour payment (42.9% of the total expenditure). In particular, for the monetary maintenance of servicemen – 289.7 billion UAH (73.7 billion UAH in April);
- 215.1 billion UAH or 24.8% of the total expenditure (61.1 billion UAH in April) – for payment for the use of goods and services. This includes 147.5 billion UAH for the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 44.1 billion UAH for the implementation of the state guarantees programme for medical care of the population;
- 177.7 billion UAH or 20.5% of the total expenditure (41.8 billion UAH in April) – for social security. This includes 90.6 billion UAH – a transfer to the Pension Fund for the financial provision of pension payments, allowances, and pension increases, and 64.8 billion UAH – for social protection payments;
- 47 billion UAH or 5.4% of the total (11.7 billion UAH in April) – for transfers to local budgets;
- 38.1 billion UAH or 4.4% of the total (14 billion UAH in April) – for servicing the state debt.
Background. Mind previously reported that the general fund of the state budget's receipts for the first 4 months had reached more than 1 trillion UAH. Of the total amount of receipts, external sources accounted for more than 600 billion UAH.
