A lawyer and the owner of a media conglomerate organised a raid takeover of a children's food factory in Poltava.

The owner of the media used controlled information resources as tools of pressure and blackmail on businessmen and politicians. The subject had previously been repeatedly caught by law enforcement for fraud and extortion. One of the latest accusations against the 'black' political technologist is currently being heard in court.
He attracted funding for the specified equipment of $530,000 under the leadership of the former Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the russian federation.
As operatives have established, the criminal group, in addition to the organisers, included persons who represented the power block, lawyers, notaries, and even a 'criminal authority'.
According to the investigation, in July 2022, in order to unlawfully seize 100% of the charter capital of the children's products factory in Poltava, members of the criminal group, by interfering in the state registers and manufacturing forged documents, unlawfully re-registered the enterprise under controlled individuals. As a result of such actions, damages amounting to more than 250 million UAH were incurred.
On 18th May, law enforcement officers detained 9 main members of the criminal group – organisers and participants in the fraudulent scheme – under article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Under the procedural guidance and participation of the Office of the Prosecutor General, the police conducted over 50 sanctioned searches at the places of residence of the subjects, in office premises and vehicles. They seized mobile phones, documentation, weapons, ammunition, money, cars, 'draft records', a russian federation citizen's passport of one of the organisers of the criminal group and other items.
