UPDATED: A missile strike hits a medical facility in Dnipro

The number of injured in Dnipro has risen to 23 people. In total, 21 people were hospitalised, three of them are in serious condition.
Details have also emerged about the deceased – it is a 69-year-old man who was passing by the clinic at the time of the strike.
Firefighters managed to contain the fire in the establishment, extinguishing efforts are ongoing.
UPDATED at 12:54 p.m.:
According to updated data, the victims include two boys, aged 3 and 6. They were hospitalised with medium severity injuries. Besides, 11 adults were hospitalised, two of whom are in serious condition.
Overall, the fire engulfed 1000 square metres of the medical facility – a three-story building was partially destroyed. Flames in the neighbouring building are still being suppressed, but they have been contained. There is also an ongoing search for a person who may be trapped under the debris.
UPDATED at 12:22 p.m.:
The Office of the Prosecutor General has initiated a pretrial investigation into violations of laws and customs of war concerning the strike on Dnipro. It is noted that the number of victims has increased to 16 – the exact number of those affected is still being determined. Among them are two children.
Moreover, as a result of the attack, private and multi-family homes, as well as citizens' vehicles, have been damaged. According to Lysak, a total of 2 buildings were damaged.
UPDATED at 11:57 a.m.:
Volodymyr Zelensky has clarified that the strike occurred at a local clinic. As a result, 1 person was killed and another 15 were injured. The site is currently undergoing clean-up operations and rescue efforts for the injured.
