UkrAutoProm listed the largest regional passenger car markets in 2023 in Ukraine
The Renault Duster crossover was the most popular across all markets
According to the results of the first four months of the year, the largest regional markets for new passenger cars in Ukraine were: the city of Kyiv, Dnipro, Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv oblasts.

In total, in these markets, the following number of cars were purchased: in Kyiv – 5,100 new cars, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast – 1,466, in Kyiv Oblast – 1,274, in Odessa Oblast – 908, in Lviv Oblast – 877.
For the same period, the largest numbers of registrations of used cars imported from abroad were demonstrated by:
- Lviv Oblast – 6,116 units;
- Vinnytsia Oblast – 4,046 units;
- Kyiv city – 3,830 units;
- Rivne Oblast – 3,219 units;
- Dnipro Oblast – 3,206 units.
In this market segment, the most popular car in Lviv, Vinnytsia, and Rivne was the Volkswagen Golf. While in the capital and in Dnipropetrovsk, the Renault Megane was more in demand.
