Kyiv Electronmash is expected to be sold for more than 120.8 million UAH
The expected new owner is LLC Inkom Rent
On May 29, an auction took place for the sale of the entire property complex of the state enterprise Electronmash (located in Kyiv, Kiltseva road, 4). During the auction, the asset price more than doubled – from 61.29 million UAH to 120,810,000 UAH.
This information became known from the data on the Prozorro.Sales website.
Six participants competed for the asset: LLC Martens with a final offer of 62,000,003 UAH, LLC DK BC1 with a final offer of 67,500,000 UAH, LLC U-Base Group with a final offer of 88,000,000 UAH, LLC North Land with a final offer of 119,300,000 UAH, LLC BSK Group with a final offer of 120,777,000 UAH and LLC Inkom Rent with a final offer of 120,810,000 UAH.
According to OpenDataBot, LLC Inkom Rent was founded on July 5, 2018, the director of the company is Liudmyla Trufanova, 60% of the company belongs to LLC Arivo Asset Management Company, the remaining 40% belongs to LLC Plates-1.
The company's main type of activity is property management for a fee or on a contract basis.
As of 2020, the company registered a net profit of 415,700 UAH and assets amounting to 8,419,000 UAH.
