Ministry of Economy: Ukrainian businesses can receive grants ranging from $35,000 to $90,000
Priority sectors for grant support include information technology, engineering, manufacturing, as well as creative industries and services

The USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine programme announces a grant programme aimed at supporting the participation of Ukrainian business in international trade events, with a funding volume of $2 million. The programme is expected to provide around 30 grants ranging from $35,000 to $90,000.
This is reported by the Ministry of Economy.
Applications will be accepted until 15 September 2023 (inclusive).
"Considering the significant interest, applications will be accepted and reviewed in stages with the following deadlines: 25 June (for trade events from 20 August 2023 to 14 February 2024); 15 September 2023 (for trade events from 15 February 2024 to 15 August 2024)," the statement said.
"Over the next year, we plan to support the participation of SMEs in another 30 events. We are looking for comprehensive projects that will include training and mission preparation, development of analytical materials, participation in trade events, and conducting post-event exchanges of experience with other entrepreneurs," said Olesia Zaluska, Head of the USAID Competitive Economy programme.
