The largest lots sold were:
A pool of land plots of the Arkada bank. It consisted of 5 land plots, with a total area of almost 39 hectares, in the village of Mykhaylivka-Rubezhivka in Kyiv Oblast. 10 participants took part in the auction, and as a result, the selling price of the pool from the starting 3.7 million UAH increased almost 2.5 times to 8.5 million UAH.
An apartment in a townhouse near Kyiv. This was the 12th attempt to sell the asset, the starting price was 2.5 million UAH, during the auction the value increased to 4.4 million UAH.
Over 4,000 square metres of commercial real estate in the centre of Kharkiv. Two participants took part in the auction, and the selling price amounted to almost 33.7 million UAH.
The Fund emphasises that the funds received from the sale of assets are directed towards settling with the creditors of the banks that are being liquidated.
