The intensity of flooding is decreasing in Kherson Oblast.
This was announced by Governor Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, due to significant dam destruction, the water level will rise about a metre over the next 20 hours.
In total, 1,852 houses on the right bank have been flooded. 1,457 people have been evacuated from the coastal zone, most from the Korabel microdistrict of Kherson.
