600 square kilometres of Kherson Oblast are already underwater.
This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Oblast State Administration.
According to him, only 32% of the flooded area is under Ukrainian control, with the remainder located on the left bank, temporarily occupied by the russians.
At the same time, the average flood level in the region has reached 5.61 metres. In two days, the administration was able to evacuate 1,999 people from the territory controlled by Ukraine.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the occupiers had suffered losses in manpower due to the sabotage of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station. The invaders also lost ammunition stores, motor vehicles, and armoured vehicles among other things.
