According to updated information from Honcharenko, a missile strike was delivered on the city. The hit was made at the Luhanskteplovoz factory. In addition, problems with mobile communication were noted in Luhansk.
Several explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Luhansk.
This was reported by Oleksiy Honcharenko, MP from the European Solidarity.
