Ukrainian Starlink, which is fighting for the brand with Elon Musk's company, has won in court again
The court ordered to recover from SpaceX UAH 480,000 in legal fees and UAH 60,000 in expert fees

The Ukrainian company Starlink, which previously won the first-instance court case against Elon Musk's SpaceX regarding the rights to the Starlink brand, has won again – in the Kyiv Commercial Court, where it demanded compensation for its legal fees.

The court upheld the claim of the Ukrainian company and ordered to recover from SpaceX UAH 480,000 of expenses for professional legal assistance and UAH 60,000 of expenses related to the examination.
Elon Musk's company proposed to reduce the amount of the claimed expenses for professional legal assistance to UAH 44,000. In particular, SpaceX representatives stated that the amount of the submitted expenses was unreasonable.
In its turn, Starlink LLC provided the court with certificates of completion, copies of invoices and payment orders.
Background. Earlier it was reported that Musk's SpaceX company wants to appeal the decision of the Ukrainian court. The American company demands early termination of Ukraine's certificate for the Starlink trademark.
