The russian army is experiencing the biggest personnel losses since the peak of the battle for Bakhmut, as Ukrainian forces advance on the front.
This is reported by the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom.

The Ministry notes that Ukraine continues its offensive actions in these sectors and has achieved certain successes, however, both sides are suffering significant losses.
In addition, the UK Ministry of Defence adds, despite the russians' relatively effective defensive actions in the south, they are suffering the most significant losses since the peak of the battle for Bakhmut in March.
