The occupiers have reinforced their forces and are actively advancing in the Lyman and Kupyansk sectors.
This was announced by Hanna Maliar, Deputy Minister of Defence.
It is noted that the enemy is trying to seize the initiative in these areas. At the moment, intense fighting and a high level of shelling activity are being reported there.
"The enemy does not abandon their plans to reach the borders of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. Currently, this is the main direction of the enemy's advance. Therefore, concentrating a significant number of their units in the east, particularly airborne assault ones," explained Maliar.
Background. Mind previously reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had liberated Pyatyhatky in the Zaporizhzhia direction, as well as seven setlements, namely Novodarivka, Levadne, Storozheve, Makarivka, Blagodatne, Lobkove, and Neskuchne.
