The air defence forces shot down all 13 missiles during a night attack on Ukraine.
This was reported by the Command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is noted that the Kh-101/Kh-555 missiles were launched around midnight from four Tu-95MS bombers in the area of the Caspian Sea. The attack was directed at a military airfield in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
Most of the missiles were shot down in the airspace over Khmelnytskyi. In addition, the defenders neutralised one drone of an unidentified type. Serhiy Lysak, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, suggests that it was a Shahed drone.
