Ukrainian Armed Forces halt enemy advance in the Kupyansk and Lyman sectors
At the same time, defenders are successful on two fronts of the southern line

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have halted the enemy's advance on the Kupyansk and Lyman axes.
This is reported by Hanna Maliar, Deputy Defence Minister.
In addition, General Staff spokesman Andriy Kovaliov emphasises that the defenders are successful in the Novodanylivka–Robotine and Mala Tokmachka–Novofedorivka sectors in the south.
At the same time, the fiercest battles continues:
- in the Lyman sector – in the vicinity of Bilohorivka, Luhansk Oblast;
- in the Avdiyivka sector – in the vicinity of the settlements of Severne and Avdiyivka, Donetsk Oblast;
- in the Maryinka sector – near the settlements of Maryinka and Pobeda, Donetsk Oblast.
Background. Mind previously reported that the defenders were having partial successes on the Melitopol and Berdyansk fronts. The defenders were consolidating at the achieved lines and evening out the front line.
