Those guilty of unsuitable shelters to be held accountable – Zelensky
The NSDC has adopted a directive to bring all defence structures up to proper condition

The National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) has decided to hold accountable all those guilty of the fact that a quarter of bomb shelters in the country have been found to be unfit for use, as well as a third in Kyiv. In addition, it was decided to bring all defensive structures up to proper condition.
This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Furthermore, he announced a strengthening of responsibility for corruption in the judicial system, and that a mechanism for protecting foreign and domestic investments in the courts would be worked out separately.
Zelensky emphasised that the future in the EU was extremely important for Ukrainians, so he called for an acceleration of work on the implementation of European recommendations.
