Enemy concentrates efforts on three sectors: heavy fighting continues – General Staff

russian troops continue to concentrate their main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut and Maryinka fronts, where heavy fighting is ongoing. 46 battles took place throughout the day.
This was reported in the morning briefing of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Over the past day, the russians carried out one missile and 27 air strikes, and launched about 80 salvos from multiple rocket launchers at Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.
The likelihood of missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains high.
The situation on the Volhynia and Polesia fronts remains largely unchanged. No signs of enemy offensive groupings being formed have been detected.
In the Siveria and Sloboda Ukraine sectors, the enemy maintains a military presence. An airstrike was carried out in the area of Veterynarne of Kharkiv Oblast. More than 15 settlements in the oblast were hit by mortar and artillery fire.
On the Kupyansk axis, the enemy carried out air strikes in the vicinities of Kislivka and Kotliarivka, Kharkiv Oblast. The towns of Topoli, Novomlynsk, Fyholivka, Masiutivka, and Kyslivka of Kharkiv Oblast suffered from the enemy's artillery and mortar shelling.
On the Lyman front, russian occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of Nevske and south of Dibrova in Luhansk Oblast. Air strikes were carried out near Bilohorivka of Luhansk Oblast as well as not far from Vyimka and Spirne of Donetsk Oblast. Over 10 settlements suffered from artillery shelling.
On the Bakhmut front, the russians carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Bohdanivka, Donetsk Oblast. Air strikes were launched at Bila Hora, Toretsk, and New York. Approximately 15 populated areas, including Vasiukivka, Markove, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Bila Hora, Dyliivka, and Pivdenne of Donetsk Oblast, suffered from enemy artillery shelling.
In the Avdiivka sector, supported by aviation, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Avdiivka area of Donetsk Oblast. Artillery shelling was carried out in over 10 settlements. Among them, Novokalynove, Berdychi, Avdiivka, Pervomayske, and Nevelske of Donetsk Oblast.
On the Maryinka front, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the vicinity of the city of Maryinka.
On the Shakhtarsk axis, the enemy carried out an airstrike in the area of Makarivka, Donetsk Oblast. About 15 settlements, including Paraskoviivka, Novomykhaylivka, Zolota Nyva, Storozheve, Blahodatne, Makarivka, Vilne Pole, Zelene Pole in Donetsk Oblast were shelled.
On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts, the russian army is focusing its main efforts on preventing the advancement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The enemy carried out artillery shelling of over 30 settlements in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.
Background. The defence forces continue to advance on the Taurica front. It is noted that 1,201 fire missions were carried out over the past day.
