Missile fragments hit a residential building in Lviv, causing casualties (Updated)
At least 4 dead and 37 wounded reported so far

According to updated reports, 37 people were injured in a residential building that was hit by rocket fragments. Seven people were rescued and 64 residents were evacuated.
Interior Minister Igor Klymenko added that during the russian attack on Lviv, the ministry received information about at least 10 closed shelters.
In total, over 30 buildings (more than 250 apartments), 10 dormitories, an orphanage, 2 universities, a sanatorium school and a power substation were damaged. About 150 residents of Lviv remain without electricity.
UPDATE at 10:57:
As a result of the attack, a power line and 3 transformer substations in Lviv region were de-energised. Accordingly, two settlements are without power.
UPDATE at 9:14 a.m.:
Mr. Kozytsky clarified that 34 people have been reported injured. About 30 houses and more than 50 cars were damaged.
Moreover, a fragment of a downed rocket fell in one of the villages in Lviv Rayon, near the building of the People's House, resulting in no casualties. Also, a private household in a village in Zolochiv Rayon was destroyed by the falling debris with no previous reports of casualties.

As of 8:20 a.m., the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports 32 injured, including 1 child. Rescue operations continue.
UPDATE at 8:24 a.m.:
According to the updated information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 4 people were killed and 9 others were injured. In total, the 3rd and 4th floors of two entrances of the high-rise building were destroyed. Rescuers evacuated 64 residents of the building, but there are still people trapped under the rubble.

According to the mayor's latest updates, at least 3 people were killed and at least 4 others were injured in the tragedy. More than 50 houses and about fifty cars were damaged. Rescuers are dismantling the rubble of the building.
At the same time, the head of the Lviv Oblast Military Administration, Maksym Kozytsky, emphasises that the apartment building was hit by a missile. There was a fire, which has already been extinguished. In addition, a critical infrastructure facility in the city was damaged, with preliminary reports of injuries.
