The energy system has lost 40 220-750 kV transmission lines due to war – Ukrenergo
Some of them are either damaged or located in occupied territories

As a result of the russian mass missile and drone attacks, all thermal and some hydropower plants, as well as the power grid, have been damaged. In particular, 40 power transmission lines with a voltage of 220-750 kV are currently out of operation due to damage or occupation.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
Ukrenergo notes that the situation in the Ukrainian energy system has become more complicated during the consumption period from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It is specified that this is due to one of the nuclear power units being taken for planned maintenance and a decrease in the efficiency of solar power plants at this time.
The company adds that additional power units, the number of which is limited, are being involved to meet demand. Besides, following the completion of the flood, the hydroelectric power production capabilities are limited. However, there is no electricity deficit.
It is reported that from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. an import of electricity from Slovakia with a capacity of up to 299 MW and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Moldova – up to 170 MW is planned. Export is currently suspended.
Background. Earlier Mind reported that Ukraine had lost 50% of energy facilities over 500 days of war.
