This was reported by Ihor Terekhov, Mayor of Kharkiv.
At around 1:30 a.m., russian invaders launched four missiles from S-300 surface-to-air missile systems at Kharkiv from the territory of Belgorod Oblast in russia.
"At least three hits in the Slobidskyi district were recorded. In one case, a gas pipeline was affected. There is a fire, and emergency service units are working on the spot," Terekhov wrote.
