The Business Ombudsman Council has returned 25 billion UAH to Ukrainian businesses since 2015
The largest case was DTEK, a matter regarding the "green tariff" worth 3 billion UAH

Since its establishment in May 2015, the Business Ombudsman Council (BOC) has returned nearly 25 billion UAH to Ukrainian businesses. These are cancelled fines, executed court decisions, state payments for contracts, etc.
This was reported by Ukrainian Business Ombudsman Roman Vashchuk in an interview with Mind.
From the beginning of 2022 until today, businesses have received back 3.5 billion UAH.
"The largest case is the DTEK company, a matter regarding the 'green tariff' worth 3 billion UAH. If you recall, at the end of 2021, money from 'green bonds' was paid out to everyone except DTEK. We took on this case, and in January 2022, DTEK received their funds," Vashchuk explained.
As for smaller cases, Vashchuk mentions that the BOC has, for example, handled a case worth only a few thousand hryvnias, but he notes that such assistance is particularly noticeable for individual entrepreneurs.
Considering the period from June 2022 to June 2023, thanks to the intervention of the BOC, 237 cases (66%) were successfully closed, returning 480,841,607 UAH to businesses.
