Germans criticized the military tactics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: Bild received a secret Bundeswehr document
Bild writes that the actions of commanders "undermine the successes" that the Ukrainian military has achieved while training in Europe

German media outlet Bild has obtained a secret document from the Bundeswehr, which harshly criticizes the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the counteroffensive.
The document states that the Ukrainian military is splitting brigades trained in Europe into small groups. This, according to the agency's experts, makes "joint combat impossible."
In addition, this behavior of the Ukrainian Armed Forces leads to an increased likelihood of fire on their own. There are too few maneuverable units in the direction of the main attack, which makes it impossible for the Ukrainian military to establish firepower.
The Bundeswehr explains these miscalculations by Ukraine's military strategy.
It is also noted that Ukrainian military personnel with combat experience are less likely to learn Western military tactics than younger ones. Upon returning to Ukraine, Western-trained soldiers are forced to follow orders from officers who do not use these tactics.
Bild notes that it is the actions of commanders that "undo the gains" that the Ukrainian military was able to make while training in Europe. This is also called the main reason for the slow pace of the Ukrainian offensive.
According to The New York Times, after the first strikes with Western-made armored vehicles, the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered serious losses. The command then slowed down the counteroffensive to assess the situation and then changed its tactics.
Earlier, Oleksiy Danylov, Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine, spoke about the main tasks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces offensive in its current phase. According to him, the Joint Operations Forces "are fulfilling the number one task – the maximum destruction of manpower, equipment, fuel depots, ammunition, command posts, artillery and air defense forces of the Russian army."
Background. As reported, over the past week, Russia has occupied more territory than Ukraine has liberated.
