Due to inclement weather, around 260,000 customers in over 700 settlements have been left without power – Ministry of Energy
This refers to Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv oblasts

Due to inclement weather, 260,000 customers in over 700 settlements in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv oblasts have been left without power.
This is reported by the Ministry of Energy.
The ministry specifies that due to the bad weather, the main transmission lines of the electricity transmission system operator NPC Ukrenergo were de-energised in Poltava, Lviv, Odesa, and Kyiv oblasts.
In addition, an autotransformer at a 330 kV substation in Zhytomyr Oblast has been disconnected. There were no power outages though.
It is also noted that due to adverse weather conditions, the interstate connection lines with Moldova and Poland have been disconnected.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that due to inclement weather, over 200 settlements in Ukraine had been left without power.
