The death toll in Kryvyi Rih has risen to six as a result of Russian missiles: five people were pulled from the rubble of a 9-story residential building, and another woman died as a result of shelling of an educational institution.

"An enemy missile hit the laboratory of an educational institution in Kryvyi Rih. Two buildings were destroyed to the ground. Two more were heavily damaged. A woman who worked here was killed. She was pulled out from the rubble. She became the sixth victim of Russian murderers today," he said in a telegram.

According to the head of the OVA, the search and rescue operation in Kryvyi Rih is over.

More than 350 people took part in the rescue operation at the site of the Russian strike in Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"Two ballistic missiles were preliminarily detected. The floors of the residential building from the fourth to the ninth were completely destroyed. The work is difficult: parts of the structure fell in the destroyed entrance of the house," he wrote in a telegram, accompanying the post with a video from the scene.

According to him, the university building and the administrative building were also targeted by Russian missiles.

"As of now, we know about five dead, including a child and her mother. My condolences to the families. Dozens of people are wounded and injured, all are being provided with the necessary assistance," Zelensky added.

Background. Earlier it was reported that the number of victims had increased to 75 people. In particular, five children aged 4 to 17 were injured. Most of the wounded will be treated at home and more than 20 remain in hospitals.
