Defence Forces continue offensive actions in the Bakhmut sector

UPDATED at 10:41 a.m.:
General Staff spokesperson Inna Malevych clarified that Pavlo Kovalchuk had had in mind Andriivka.
During the national TV marathon, the spokesperson for the General Staff made a mistake by naming it Avdiivka.
Due to the offensive actions by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy was forced to retreat from positions south of Avdiivka.
This was reported by Pavlo Kovalchuk, spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, the Defence Forces continue offensive actions in the Bakhmut sector, south of the city of Bakhmut. At the same time, the enemy tried to regain lost positions.
In addition, Ukrainian troops continue to hold back the advance of russian troops on the Kupyansk and Lyman axes.
