The aggressor has prepared a new disinformation campaign against Ukraine.
This has been reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU).
It is noted that russian agents will distribute provocative materials among the residents of Germany, France, Israel, and the US. According to the intelligence service, such materials are aimed at discrediting Ukraine internationally and stoking domestic political quarrels.
In particular, publications on topics of corruption, "political sparring", elections and so on are planned in the Ukrainian information space.
"russian political technologists traditionally operate by the principle of 'a drop of truth in a tonne of lies'. In doing so, the russians try to identify and highlight real problems and pain points, including for the Western world," the DIU explains.
