In July, the Ukrainian market for new commercial vehicles (trucks and special purpose vehicles) saw a total of 975 cars sold. This is almost 9% less than the previous month, as reported by Ukravtoprom.
At the same time, compared to last July, the registration of new commercial vehicles increased by 64%.
The market is still 43% behind the pre-war figure for July 2021 in this segment. The top 5 in the market for new commercial vehicles last month included:
- Renault – 276 pieces,
- Ford – 91 pieces,
- Mercedes-Benz – 76 pieces,
- Volkswagen – 66 pieces
- Scania – 53 pieces.
From January to July 2023, the Ukrainian fleet of trucks and special vehicles was replenished by 6,165 new vehicles, which is 62% more than the same period last year.
