The informer noted that the special operation had been carried out following a 'classic scenario'. Law enforcement used a surface drone packed with 450 kg of TNT. Moreover, the attack took place in Ukrainian territorial waters.
According to russian media, which the publication quotes, the tanker was in the Kerch Strait. Propagandists admitted that the vessel had sustained damage but claimed that the ship was still afloat.
