It has added 240 MW of capacity
A large-scale repair campaign of energy facilities is underway, within which another power unit at one of the thermal power stations has come out of repair. It is clarified that it has added 240 MW of capacity to the energy system.
This is reported by the Ministry of Energy.
"Due to military aggression, about 50% of the energy system suffered damage and destruction. But despite the difficulties, the repair campaign is on schedule," emphasises Ukraine's Minister of Energy, Herman Halushchenko.
The ministry adds that commercial electricity imports amounted to 7,966 MW*hour over the past day. At the same time, it is reported that there is no export.
