Following the missile attack, there have been fatalities and injuries
russians have launched a missile at the centre of Chernihiv. Due to the missile strike, there are fatalities and injuries.
Acting city mayor, Oleksandr Lomako, reported this on Telegram.
"The enemy struck the centre of Chernihiv. All emergency services are working on the spot. There are reports of injuries... Sadly, there are also reports of fatalities," he wrote.
UPDATED at 1:00 p.m.:
As of 1:00 p.m., 42 people are known to have been affected due to the russian strike on the Drama Theatre in Chernihiv. 5 people died. 37 individuals were injured, including 11 children.
