High Anti-Corruption Court confiscates belarus MoD property for Ukraine
The property refers to "components of electrical aircraft start-up systems"

The High Anti-Corruption Court judges have ruled in favour of the Ministry of Justice's claim, confiscating property from the belarusian Ministry of Defence for Ukraine's benefit.
This was announced by the court's press service.
The seized property specifically comprises "components of electrical aircraft start-up systems".
Parties involved in the case or their representatives can appeal the court's decision to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court within five days of the verdict being announced.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) had allocated over 660 million UAH to the military's needs since the start of 2023.
