US announces new military aid package for Ukraine
It includes mainly new supplies of ammunition and missiles for systems already provided to Ukraine

The United States will provide Ukraine with a new military assistance package worth $150 million, according to a statement by Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
It includes additional ammunition for anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as additional ammunition for highly mobile artillery missile systems, the Pentagon said in a statement.
The day before, the media announced a new aid package for this amount.
It was reported that the package includes:
- supply of additional GMLRS missiles for HIMARS rocket systems,
- ammunition for NASAMS anti-aircraft missile systems,
- TOW anti-tank missiles,
- AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles
- 155-mm artillery shells.
The new military aid package is the 49th time since February 2022 that the President has used his authority to redirect weapons from US stockpiles, under which the Ukrainian military receives equipment from US warehouses.
The previous military aid package was announced on October 11.
