Russia can produce and repair about 100-150 tanks per month, which is much more than Europe can do, said State Secretary of the Latvian Defense Ministry Janis Garisons on Wednesday, December 13.

The representative of the Latvian Ministry of Defense noted that history clearly shows that the party that is able to provide more military equipment and weapons wins the war.
He also emphasized the need for fast and accurate supply chains, which is guaranteed by properly organized logistics.
"We can increase the number of soldiers, but we also need weapons, tanks and other things that we are not yet able to produce in quantities that meet current demand," added Mr. Harrisons.
"To win the war, you need a military-industrial base," emphasized Mr. Harrisons, and estimated that the EU could still increase it.
