Duda: Putin decided to set the whole world on fire

During the Ukrainian Breakfast at the World Economic Forum in Davos, President of Poland Andrzej Duda said that Vladimir Putin has decided to "set the whole world on fire."

"I am absolutely sure that 30 years after the collapse of the Soviet Union, we can say that we are now witnessing the revival of Russian imperialism in its bloodthirsty version. No doubt, Putin has decided to set the whole world on fire," the Polish leader warned.

Duda reminded that we are all witnessing the largest armed conflict in Europe since the end of World War II.

He urges Davos delegates to visit the exhibition here that documents Russian war crimes in Ukraine.

The President of Poland urged world leaders not to get tired of the war in Ukraine.

He warned of a "coalition of evil" that is ready to take risks to control the global order.

Duda noted that if Putin wins in Ukraine, it will send a clear message to the world and encourage his supporters to intensify their actions against the Western world.

Ukrainians have to decide their own future, he continues, because no one else can decide it.

And the conflict will end only with Moscow's complete retreat, he emphasized. "Russia is the aggressor that attacked an independent and sovereign country," Duda continued.

And if Russia wins, Putin will not stop at Ukraine, Duda fears. Other countries, such as Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, could be Russia's next victim, he warns.
