Zelensky has changed the Chief of the General Staff
He said he did so at the suggestion of Chief of Staff Oleksandr Syrskyi

The very next day after the dismissal of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhny, President Zelenskyy announced the dismissal of the Chief of the General Staff, Serhiy Shaptala.
According to Ukrainian media reports, Zelensky announced in his evening video address that Major General Anatoliy Bargilevych would replace Shaptala as the new Chief of the General Staff.

"As a result of the meetings, the first thing I did was to replace the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I am grateful to Lieutenant General Serhiy Shaptal for his service [...] I have appointed Major General Anatoliy Bargilevych as the new Chief of the General Staff at the suggestion of Chief of Staff Oleksandr Syrskyi," Zelensky said.
In addition, Zelensky said that Syrsky had selected his deputies on Friday, and he, the president, would sign the relevant decrees.
"All of them are fighting men, professional, each with a clear knowledge of the frontline and the real needs of Ukrainian soldiers," Zelensky added.
Background. The day before, it became known that Zelensky had appointed Syrsky as the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, the president offered him "to continue to be in the team of the Ukrainian state".
