US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has said that Ukraine will become a NATO member in the future.

American businessman Elon Musk commented on Blinken's words.
"This is literally how a film about a nuclear apocalypse begins," he wrote on Twitter under a post about Blinken's statement on Ukraine's membership in the alliance.
Musk also attached a link to an excerpt from the 1983 American apocalyptic disaster film The Day After, about the exchange of nuclear strikes between the United States and the Soviet Union.
