UKRSIBBANK receives the Top Employer 2022 certification as the best employer in Ukraine and Europe

For the third year in a row, the Top Employers Institute as the best employer in Ukraine and Europe has awarded UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

UKRSIBBANK is the only bank in Ukraine that has received the certification as the best employer. In total, only six international companies operating in Ukraine have received Top Employer status this year.

Other banks of the BNP Paribas group, to which UKRSIBBANK belongs, including Group's banks in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Turkey, Spain and Ukraine received the top Employer 2022 award. For BNP Paribas, this is the ninth Top Employer certification (2014-2022).

The international TOP Employer certification was launched in 1991 and it provides a single methodology for assessing employers worldwide. Certification has been conducted for 1857 organizations in 123 countries of the world. In total, these organizations employ more than 8 million people. The certification covered 20 key areas: strategy of talent management, human resources planning, program for new employees adaptation, training and development, respect for diversity and inclusion, etc., and included more than 600 indicators.

The overall average score of UKRSIBBANK was 89.98% (89.05% last year) and BNP Paribas 90.58%* (89% last year).
