Russian troops shelled a kindergarten in Severodonetsk at 61 Tsentralnaya Street.
There were 10 civilians in the basement, 8 of them were children. As a result of the shelling, the roof and heating system were damaged. Measures are being taken to evacuate children and adults. Russian occupiers use bombs and artillery against Donbass kids.
