Almost 7000 servicewomen participate in repelling Russian aggression as a part of the Ukrainian Air Forces
13 female military servants were killed by Russian occupiers
About 7000 women, who serve in Ukrainian Air Forces, celebrate The International Women’s Day holding not flowers but weapons. They repel Russian agression side by side with men and fight for the future of their children and the future of Ukraine.
It was reported by Verkhovna Rada.
More than 1500 female servants from the Ukrainian Air Forces had been participating in military actions in Donbas before Russia started its full-scale invasion. 16 of them were rewarded for courage and heroism in protecting Ukraine.
“Unfortunately, 13 female military servants of the Ukrainian Air Forces were killed by Russian occupiers. Ukrainian people will remember their courage and sacrifice forever” – Verkhovna Rada’s report says.
