Ukraine needs a security guarantee agreement until the country joins NATO - the Sluha Narodu party states
The agreement must differ fundamentally from the Budapest Memorandum

What happened? Ukraine requires a specific security assurance agreement until the country joins NATO.
Source. Information comes from the statement of the Sluha Narodu (Ukrainian for 'Public Servant') political party.
Comment. "The Alliance is not ready to accept Ukraine in the next 15 years at least, and it is clearly vocal about it. We do not even have the support specifically from the Alliance in the perfectly fair war – only from separate states. Since joining NATO is not possible in the nearest years, we won't be able to use merely the lines in the Constitution concerning the course towards the Alliance to defend our state" – the statement goes.
Details. The representatives urge, namely, the USA, Turkey, and the states neighboring Ukraine to conclude an agreement able to guarantee the security of the state. According to the statement, the agreement must differ fundamentally from the Budapest Memorandum, foresee particular political, economic, and military steps of the guarantor states of the security of Ukraine.
