China will spend $1.5 million on humanitarian aid to Ukraine

What happened. China will provide Ukraine with another part of humanitarian aid that costs 10 million CNY ($1,57 mln) “considering the extending of the situation and real needs”.
The source. It was reported by the Ministryof the Foreign Affairs of China, CNN said.
Comments. “China will play the constructive role in Ukrainian conflict and ready to make efforts for humanitarian crisis overcoming” – Wang Wanbin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs said.
Background. In the beginning of this month, China transmitted the first part of humanitarian aid to Ukraine that cost 5 million CNY ($790.000).
Recently, China has stated that the Chinese authority would keep an independent position regarding Ukraine and would not accept the outer pressure.
