Details. According to the official, Russian troops were concentrated around Kyiv and have stopped approaching the city. The invaders remain 15-20 km north and northwest away from the city and about 35 km east. As of March 28, Russia has launched more than 1,370 missiles on Ukrainian territory.
Kherson remains a "disputed territory," the official adds. Earlier, the official reported that Kherson, occupied by Russian militaries at the beginning of hostile actions, is no longer under the control of the occupants' armed forces.
