Deported Ukrainians should have build new cities in siberia

What happened? Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov claims that the russian leadership planned to deport a large part of Ukrainians to concentration camps in siberia as forced labor to build new cities for russians.
Source. He announced this on his Twitter page.
Details. In an interview for “Ukrainska Pravda”, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council said that on September 6, 2021, shoigu published an article entitled “On the New Cities of Siberia.”
Quote. “Few people paid any attention to this publication, but we pay attention to such things. After reading it carefully, we realised that their desire to build up siberia at the expense of our citizens and our country, as has already happened time and again, will never go away.”
shoigu explicitly announced this plan – to build 3 to 5 large cities with a population of 300,000 to a million people. And, according to Danilov, this all should have been built by Ukrainians.
According to him, all the reports provided by the intelligence partners were about concentration camps, filtration camps, as well as the physical destruction of the president and top political leadership in the first place.
The official stated that in his article shoigu hinted that Ukrainians had to work as forced labor. The russian minister wrote that citizens from the Commonwealth of Independent States should be involved in the work.
Previously. Earlier it was informed that 27 000 people were found near Mariupol in filtration camps of the enemy. Of these, 5,000-7,000 people are in the filtration camp in the village Bezymiane at the stage of preparation for deportation.
