The occupiers deport two million people from Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation – Zelensky
Tens of thousands of people remain in the so-called “filtration camps”

What happened? The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that during the full-scale war, the russian occupiers had already deported two million people to the territory of the russian federation.
Source. He stated this in an address to the participants of the “Asian Leadership” conference in Seoul.
Details. According to him, “just imagine this number – two million people. This is the number of our people deported to russia. Thousands of children. There are no exact numbers at the moment because the occupiers take away the means of communication from the people being deported. They also take away their documents, intimidate them and try to send them to the most remote areas of russia to make it as hard as possible for them to return home, to return to their Motherland.”
According to Zelensky tens of thousands of people still remain in the so-called “filtration camps”, through which russia forces people from the occupied territories to go through. The president emphasized that any attempts of deportation in today's world should receive “the harshest response from the international community.”
