Ukraine reduced export of goods by 24% in the first half of 2022 – State Statistics Service
Import of goods during this period decreased by 19% compared to last year

What happened? In the first half of 2022, export of goods amounted to $22.7 billion, or 76.0% compared to the first half of 2021, and import – to $25.2 billion, or 80.9%.

Details. The negative balance reached $2.5 billion (in the first half of 2021, it was negative either – $1.2 billion). The export-import coverage ratio was 0.90 (0.96 in the first half of 2021).
It is noted that foreign trade operations were conducted with partners from 221 countries of the world.
