Ukraine returned home bodies of 33 fallen heroes
In total, since the beginning of the work of the Commissioner's Office, the bodies of 721 defenders have been returned

What happened? The handover of bodies of servicemen who gave their lives for Ukraine took place. The bodies of 33 defenders were returned to their families.

Details. It is noted that the operation was carried out in cooperation with the Commissioner for Missing Persons Oleh Kotenko and a number of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
“The process of negotiations on the transfer of bodies is ongoing. Together we strive to return the bodies of the defenders to their families as soon as possible so that they can honor their memory with dignity,” Mr. Kotenko emphasised.
In total, since the beginning of the work of the Commissioner's Office, 721 bodies have been returned.
