“Especially those Kyiv residents who live on the upper floors of high-rise buildings. Specialists of Kyivvodokanal are doing their best to stabilise the situation as soon as possible,” Mr. Klitschko adds.
Previously. 70% of Kyiv consumers have been left without electricity since last Wednesday, November 23, due to another massive attack on the country's infrastructure by russians. In addition, some areas of Kyiv has no water supply.
