The Security Service of Ukraine raided the Kharkiv Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the moscow Patriarchate and announced the discovery of pro-kremlin literature, russian dry rations and a large amount of cash, including in russian rubles.

“One of the churches even kept dry rations of the russian occupation groups. A monk with a russian passport was also detected there. Law enforcement officers are currently checking his possible involvement in the intelligence and subversive activities of the special services of the aggressor country.
All seized materials have been sent for examination for further procedural actions,” the SBU said in a statement.
The SBU continues to carry out a series of raids on the facilities of the UOC (MP), as it suspects the clergy of having ties with russia. Earlier, the Parliament recommended to adopt a bill banning the moscow Patriarchate in Ukraine.
