Details. It is noted that the destruction caused by the enemy to the power system does not currently allow the use of thermal power plants (TPPs) at their full capacities. Therefore, the repair teams need additional time to restore their smooth operation.
At the same time, power supply to consumers is being restored in Odesa Oblast after the local kamikaze drone attack that took place on December 10.
