Details. “The kremlin is in a hurry to forcibly provide residents of the occupied Luhansk Oblast with passports. What they did not consider necessary to do for eight years, they are trying to do in a few months in order to instil in people a disbelief in Ukraine and, at the same time, to strengthen their own propaganda,” he wrote.
Mr. Haidai clarified that the procedure for applying for recognition of a child living in the occupied territory and under the age of 14 as a citizen of the russian federation had come into force in the occupied Luhansk Oblast. “To do this, one of the parents must have a russian passport. Of course, you can not get it and immediately fall under the reduction at work or denial of social benefits. The occupiers leave no time to think,” he explained.
